Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore

The location was incredible in the centre of the city. The room was neat with breakfast, we stayed here for 6 nights.

The staff were excellent and superfriendly and the location was perfect near shopping mall transport. It was also not far from MRT, bus stop and shopping malls in city center, supermarket as well as heaps of shops and restaurants and plaza singapura.

The beds were comfy and the twin room itself was modern and newly renovated. It opened onto inner courtyard: )

We were in Singapore for 3 days, had really amazing stay, the hotel was spotless with comfortable location in such a confined area. Location: the venue was just next door to plaza singapore, and a main MRT interchange + bus stop, Plaza Sing around the corner: )

The staff were friendly throughout my stay. The room felt spacious and comfortable, with a small seating area I appreciated. The bed provided great support. The shower had excellent water pressure. Location near Orchard Road was fantastic, with easy MRT access and dining options close by. Breakfast, while decent, could use a boost in variety and quality. I expected more choices. Some areas showed wear, needing better upkeep. I had a pleasant experience but hope they enhance the breakfast spread and maintenance.

Stayed here with my family and it was so great! The family room was spacious and included thoughtful amenities like a triple bunk bed that my kids loved. The location was perfect for exploring singapore, just a short walk to dhoby ghaut and plaza singapura.

The Superior Queen Room was clean and modern, which I loved. It was spacious, and the thoughtful amenities. I noticed the mini bar was well stocked, a nice surprise. The room had a cute vibe, and I appreciated the easy access from the common areas. No complaints here!

The hotel's décor, with its modern touches, felt so cute and made the common areas easy to navigate. It was delightfully accessible for us seniors, and the spacious room gave me a taste of luxury without the fuss!

More seating in common areas would be nice.

I loved how clean and modern the room felt , and the rooftop pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The mini gym and sun loungers gave me a nice place to relax and recharge. Just a heads up, the room was a bit small, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊

Clean room, comfortable bed, with amazing customer service and the convenience of luggage storage after checkout allowed us to fully enjoy exploring the city before our flight.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a few minutes from public transport, and the staff are friendly. While the rooms can feel a bit cramped, the amenities are great and the complimentary minibar is a nice touch. Some maintenance and service inconsistencies could be improved.
